IM CORONA Pipe Lighters
Since
1933 the IM Corona company has been producing some of the
world's best lighters. While other companies buy from a host
of manufacturers and have their name put on the product, you
can rest assured that every
IM Corona/Japan
lighter is made by them.
These
lighters are from the "New & Improved" series. These
lighters may look about the same as before, but they are
truly new and improved. This model has recently been
improved upon as follows:
1. All rubber components changed to silicon (doesn't
deteriorate as easily as rubber).
2. Fill valves have been recessed for less leakage and
better fit.
3. Active carbon capsules have been installed which will
stop contaminants found in cheap fuels (clogged filters
account for 75% of all failures).
4. All zinc alloy and composite metal parts have been
changed to solid brass which is more durable.
5. Top caps and flint boxes are now solid brass.
6. All bodies are now solid brass, large fuel capacity.
7. Flint wheels are now stronger.

The IM Corona PIPEMASTER lighter is a
pipe smokers dream come true! Model:
PEWTER. This series sports Solid Brass
casings, a large fuel capacity, a 90
degree flame, perfect for guiding the
flame into the bowl. Each PIPEMASTER
also has a built-in tool that can be
used as a tamper or as a pick to clean
out tobacco from the bowl. To use tool
as a tamper, pull 1/2 way out of body
until shaft clicks. Rotate shaft 1/2
turn to lock in place. To use a a pick,
simply pull tool all the way out without
rotating. |
