The Scepter Series are handcrafted using a special wrapper leaf grown in Ecuador. A Connecticut grown binder has been selected to bind a filler blend comprised of Dominican and exotic Peruvian tobaccos. The blend is intense containing approximately 75 percent ligero leaf. These leaves are primed from the top of the plant.
