 On March 31st 2010, President Obama signed the S.1147:PACT Act legislation into law which will prohibit the delivery of Cigarettes, Rolling Tobacco and Smokeless Tobacco through Internet Sales, Mail Order or Telephone to you. This new law went into effect on June 29 2010.

• The cut of Dual Purpose Pipe Tobacco is slightly larger than rolling tobacco but it will work exactly in the same fashion as rolling tobacco and just as efficiently.
