All orders sent
to a PO box must be shipped via the United States Postal
Service. We ship USPS Parcel Post to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam
and Puerto Rico. A surcharge of $5 applies.

We accept
all forms of payment including CREDIT CARDS (AMX, VISA, MC,
Discover). Accepted forms of payment include: cash, personal
checks, postal money orders, Western Union money orders,
cashier checks, Visa/Mastercard, American Express and
Discover cards. Follow our check-out procedure once you
purchase the item. We normally confirm your purchase within
24 hours via return
message. Once payment is received, we will normally ship
your purchase within five business days. Temporary shortages
may delay shipping for upwards of two weeks. Personal checks must
clear prior to shipping.

Packages with Delivery Confirmation: Please use the USPS
tracking site whenever possible. The USPS tracking site will
only give date of shipper's notification of shipment and
delivery info. Enroute tracking info is normally not
available during package transit and may or may not be
available after delivery.

also offers Next Day, 2nd Day and Three day delivery

CLAIM
INSTRUCTIONS for USPS:
USPS Lost PACKAGE: Orders
that are shipped by USPS are shipped insured and should
normally reach you within the guidelines specified above. Please ensure that you have used the tracking information
provided to track your package. It if does not show up
after 2 weeks beyond these guidelines, please let us know
and follow these instructions: Get a
Form 1000 from the Post office and fill out the top right
portion including your name, shipping information and
telephone number. Do not fill out the rest of the form or
keep any copies. We will submit the claim along with the
shipping receipt. Write a
letter (must be dated at least 21 days from the date the
package was shipped) stating that you never received your
package and please be sure to sign it. (If delivery
has been confirmed, but you still have not rec'd the
merchandise, and you still want to file a claim, you must
submit a POLICE REPORT). If you
paid by check please be sure to send us a copy (front and
back) of the check. Send
the form and letter to us as soon as possible and we will
take it from there. If the claim is for under $50.00
processing is done at the local post office, if it is more
than $50.00 then it is sent to the district office and takes
about 30 days for processing. Please
keep in mind that we cannot file a claim with the post
office for 30 days after the date the package was shipped
and therefore cannot replace shipments until the claim is
processed.
Claims must be submitted in writing and be reported within 45 days
from the original shipping date .
USPS DAMAGED/RIFLED PACKAGE: Let us
know as soon as possible and we will mail the required proof
of shipping so you can present it along with the damaged
package and/or contents with the claim form. Get a
Form 1000 from the Post office and follow the instructions
#3. The package and contents must be presented to the post
office by you along with all required documents.
CLAIM
INSTRUCTIONS for UPS/FED X:
UPS/FED X
Lost Package: If a package has not been delivered
24 hours after the expected delivery date and time, the
receiver can report the package as lost. If UPS is
unable to find your package or prove delivery, a claim
number for loss is issued to CVT for processing.
Claims
received for lost packages reported beyond 45 days from the
original shipping date will not be
accepted.
UPS/FED X
Damaged Package: In the unlikely event you receive
a damaged package, contact UPS immediately. An inspection by
a UPS representative might be required. UPS will prepare a
damage inspection report and contact CVT with the results of
the inspection. For damages, UPS will provide CVT
with a damage claim number as soon as the damage is reported
online. Please note that the issue of a claim number does
not mean that the claim will be approved.
WARRANTY -
In the unlikely event your purchase is
rec'd DOA - contact us within three (3) days of receipt & and
upon our inspection we will
replace it immediately. If the item you purchased stops
working after three (3) days of receipt, please contact the
MANUFACTURER and request a WARRANTY CLAIM.
RETURN POLICY - 1).
Unused merchandise may be returned for a partial refund or exchange within
seven (7) days of
receipt. Simply call 860-763-4655 for a return authorization
number. Merchandise that has been used, altered or
damaged will be not be accepted. A twenty five (25) percent restocking fee applies. Customer return
shipping charges will not be refunded. 2).
Special Orders &
International Orders may not
be returned under any circumstances. 3). Damage claims will
be denied if the item has been used, worn, or altered from it's
original condition in any way. Items must be returned with
all original paperwork and boxes.
4) Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
REFUNDS - Refunds are normally processed within ten (10)
business days
for credit card payments and thirty (30) days for check.
TAXES - Buyer is responsible to report and
pay all applicable taxes of his/her state (i.e sales and
tobacco excise taxes). Connecticut
excise tax will be collected from Connecticut residents at time
of check-out. A ten 10% percent excise tax will be
manually added to all orders for tobacco products purchase
by Connecticut residents.
International Buyers are responsible for all applicable
